2018 Audi SQ5 – Interior Tech

On the inside, 2018 Audi SQ5 comes with sportier interior than Q5. Main differences are in the flat-bottom steering wheel and bolstered seats. We also expect an increase in rear legroom. Audi Virtual Cockpit is available, but only as an option. But Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come as standard as well as Bang & Olufsen sound system. There is also MMI touch interface. To further enhance the SQ5, the buyer can opt for S sport package. With this, SUV will have air suspension and sport rear differential. With air suspension, the driver can adjust ride height and firmness with four driving modes, Comfort, Auto, Dynamic, and Individual. New SQ5 will also come with the rear-wheel steering system, but this feature also costs extra.

Both, S4 and S5 got rid of the supercharger. And the same has happened to new SUV. Instead, 3.0-liter V6 will come with a turbocharger. Although it produces the same amount of horsepower, 354, torque is increased from 346 to 369 lb-ft. 2018 Audi SQ5 comes with standard Quattro system (Audi AWD) and eight-speed automatic transmission. According to Audi, next generation SQ5 will do 0-60 mph in 5.1 seconds.
